School started on Monday. I survived the day on caffeine and sugar espresso and Twix, to be exact and was wide awake by the time Astronomy was done around 2130. Oy. Everyone's leaving!

Murray and Mom are leaving tomorrow afternoon for MSU.  Murray managed to get a hold of an apartment in Murray, so they'll be towing a U-Haul behind with a bed, a dresser, and a few other things to fill it up.  Mom will fly back Wednesday.  Daniel and Hannah, our college group leaders, will be leaving for seminar in Texas later ( Read more... )

Murray, some of the college group and I went to see 300 last night on the IMAX.  There was lots of blood, gory, and nudity, but for all that it was a good movie.  Grossly inaccurate and only loosely based on the actual events of the Battle of Thermopylae, but a good movie.  We enjoyed ourselves, at any rate.  It seems Murray and I weren't the only ( Read more... )
